We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

In-Store Purchases

Sealed Trading Card Products (packs, boxes): Final sale.

Singles (individual cards): Final sale.

Supplies (sleeves, binders, top loaders, etc.): Refund or exchange within 14 days if unopened and in original packaging.

Apparel & Licensed Merchandise: Refund or exchange within 14 days if unworn, with tags attached.

Online Purchases

Customers may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving items.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days at massh@accesscomm.ca and we’ll make it right.
